Unbecoming · with Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

It wasn't love.
It was supply.

And the woman you were before him isn't gone. She's waiting. Unbecoming is where you go to get her back.

If no one has said this to you yet, let me be the first.

It was never you. You weren't crazy. You were being trained — and training can be undone.

If your mother was a narcissist too, none of this is a coincidence. Daughters of narcissistic mothers tend to marry narcissistic men — not from bad judgment, but because home taught your nervous system what love was supposed to feel like, long before you had a say in the matter. I lived this exact pattern: a narcissistic mother, then three marriages to narcissists. I broke it. You can too.

Take this with you, even if you never come back to this page

Tonight, when your mind starts building the case again, put your bare feet on the floor and say: "I don't have to prove what happened to me for it to be true." The nervous system hears it before the mind believes it. That's why we repeat it. That's how unbecoming begins.

What's inside Unbecoming

A companion that answers at 2 a.m. — when the spiral starts and there's no one to call, you open the app and you are met. It knows this terrain: the trauma bond, the discard, the fog.
A daily practice that grounds you — morning grounding, breath, and gratitude built the way Jennifer actually practices it, barefoot and outside, not performed for an app streak.
An audio library in Jennifer's voice — teachings on the wounds, the patterns, and the way back to yourself, there whenever you're ready.
A small room, on purpose — you're not one of thousands. Founding membership is capped at the first 100 women.

Who is Jennifer?

Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Welcome — I'm glad you found your way here. Three marriages to narcissists. Seventy-one years loving a narcissistic mother — and I healed that relationship completely. I know the fog from the inside, because I lived in it most of my life, not because I read about it in a book. For twenty years, guiding women home to themselves has been my life's work.

I read what members share. I answer what I can. Unbecoming is a small room on purpose, because being seen is the medicine — and you cannot be seen in a crowd of ten thousand.

If you recognized yourself on this page, the door is open. Come when you're ready.
