coming home to yourself

A safe and sacred space to heal.
To return home to yourself.
To be guided by someone
who has walked this path
and found her way through.

— Sarah M., 41
"The Compass alone was worth everything. It named things I didn't have words for."

Unbecoming
coming home to yourself

You were not broken.
You were adapting to survive.

This is a safe and sacred space —
and you are welcome here
exactly as you are.

You are loved  ·  You are enough  ·  You are home

Before anything else —
what would you like me
to call you?

One last thing —
where should I send
your North Star reflection?

I'll send it to you so you always have it. No spam, ever. Just healing.

Your North Star Compass
Before your journey begins, let's find your true north.
5 questions. Just you and your truth.
1 of 5
What matters most to you — the values you will not compromise on, no matter what?
Think of honesty, love, freedom, truth, spirituality… what do you stand for?
2 of 5
When do you feel most alive — most like yourself?
Where do you lose track of time? What makes you feel connected to something bigger?
3 of 5
What consistently drains you, hurts you, or leaves you feeling unseen?
What patterns in relationships or life can your nervous system no longer tolerate?
4 of 5
How do the people who love you most describe you at your best?
What gifts do others see in you — even when you struggle to see them yourself?
5 of 5
If fear and money disappeared tomorrow — what would your life look like?
What dreams are still alive inside you, waiting to breathe?
Your North Star

Daily Practice
Begin your day with my morning ritual — grounding, sun, gratitude, and breath. Just a few minutes.

Mirror work, the "I Love Me" practice, and falling in love with who you truly are
Accepting Myself as I Am
Releasing judgment, shame, and the exhausting work of trying to be different than you are
Reclaiming My Self-Respect
Stopping the pattern of accepting crumbs, recognizing your worth, no longer settling
Setting Healthy Boundaries
Learning to say no, recognize when your limits are being crossed, and hold your ground with love
Communicating with Love & Clarity
Speaking your truth without shutting down, scripts for hard conversations with partners and friends
Breaking Limiting Beliefs
Hypnotherapy, NLP, and energy clearing to find the belief that's blocking you — about money, love, or worth — and rewrite it
🌸
Healing the Mother Wound
Inner child healing, forgiveness, cord-cutting, and spiritual reparenting — the deepest root of most patterns
Your Morning Practice
Good morning, love.
Let's begin the way I begin every single day. Not with your phone. Not with the news. With gratitude.

Five small moments. Come with me.
One · Ground
Bare feet on the earth.
Step outside if you can. Let your bare feet touch the ground — grass, soil, stone, sand.

If you can't go out, place both feet flat on the floor and imagine the earth beneath you, holding you the way it always has.
Two · Sun
Lift your face to the light.
Turn toward the sky. Let the light touch your skin.

This is the same sun that has risen on every day of your life — through everything you've survived. And you are still here.
Three · Gratitude
Who are you grateful for?
Say their names out loud with me. Family, friends, a pet, yourself.
Add each one — I'll hold them in the prayer.
Your Prayer
Read it aloud, slowly. Let each word land.
Four · Breath
breathe
Inhale deeply through your nose as the circle grows.
Exhale fully as it softens.

Follow it for a few rounds. There's no rush.
Five · Carry It
Take this with you.
Gratitude isn't just for this moment. Let it run from the moment you wake to the moment you sleep.

This is the practice. This is how everything begins to change.
Beautiful.
